It is alot faster doing it on the computer then to do in manually. They came up with computer softwares and accounting softwares. You can get so much more accomplished and you can worry less about messing up cuz the computer can add the numbers up also. You dont have to punch them in a calculator and maybe miss a number or hit the wrong number.
Yes! Yes it is because if you dont know where numbers of accounts should be posted you can mess up your whole journalizing proccess. Computerized accounting is different then regularly manually. There is so much more that can be done.
