preparing payroll records

The Social Security program was established on August 14, 1935. The program was established to give benifits to the retired, the old, and disabled. Gave them money so that they could have and spend on pretty much everyday things. the purpose of this was to keep disabled or unable people to be able to have money, buy what they needed, and also to protect you individual self from fraud. They wanted everyone to be protected with pretty much their own identity.
their really is about over a trillion dollars that has been paid to the beneficiaries. the amount just keeps increasing. people are in debt so they have to pay it off like every day.
i think that maybe we have a part in why they are not going to pay all promised benefits. we are doing too much and wanting more than what we are giving. we are trying to get all that we can. i think that in the future maybe things will change and people will realize that you cant have everything that you want. we need to work for what we want and not depend on this program to give us money.

QuickBooks!

Some accounting processes that QuickBooks automates are: Balance sheets and income statements, Accounts receivable reports, Sales reports, Customer and vendor reports. Those are some of the accounting proccess that QuickBook automates.
Computerized Accounting has changed the way accounting is done by being able to do it online and not have to write every single thing down on a piece of paper. It is alot faster doing it on the computer then to do in manually. They came up with computer softwares and accounting softwares. You can get so much more accomplished and you can worry less about messing up cuz the computer can add the numbers up also. You dont have to punch them in a calculator and maybe miss a number or hit the wrong number.
Yes! Yes it is because if you dont know where numbers of accounts should be posted you can mess up your whole journalizing proccess. Computerized accounting is different then regularly manually. There is so much more that can be done.

Communication Overload

Using emails in a business can be a advantage in a way because you can just talk fast with your co-worker if you dont wan to go actually talk to the person face to face. It is much easier to send business files through the computer than to have to print it off, copy, fax, or just stuff like that. You can actually think about what you are going to say then have to be on the spot when your in person.
The disadvantages of E-mails in a business is that the files stay in the computer for quite some time. You may have sent something about another worker that you thought they wouldnt see but sometimes the E-mails are open to everyone and they will soon see it. Thats why the busineses back the files up and then they look into the E-mails. So you dont really have the privacy that that you would like.
I really dont use E-mail. i normally just talk in person. so i dont really have much experience with using it.

Spring Break 2009

This year my spring break was just pretty relaxing. My family and I went fishing, to my sisters, went and watched Josh's football game. We really just had like family time this year. We didnt go anywhere really out of town this year. My sister and I went out shopping, played softball, and just talked about how our lives were going. I love talking to my sisters. So this years Spring Break was a pretty dandy one even though we didnt do anything big! :)
